Quotes given by phone and email will include logistics costs and be calculated using the best pricing system to ensure that thecustomer recieves the lowest price available on any order. Phone/In Store: We will always quote pricing In Store, By Phone & By Email including GST, logistics & bases on goods known to be available in a reasonable time frame. (Internet pricing must meet the below conditions to be offered in store) Internet: Our internet & price list pricing is to be used as a guide to allow people/businesses to view a large percentage of products we carry & pricing is provided to allow customers to approximate purchase price of there order. We do accept orders via internet based on internet/price list pricing including logistics¹ costs however we recommend that customers confirm pricing by phone or email to ensure we apply the maximum discounts available for the deal in question. COR-4(Corporate Pricing Discount Level: 4 = Maximum Discount!); This bracket is a guide to the price we are able to offer approved COR-4 Customers on BULK ITEM Purchase Orders, this is based on the discounts we receive on orders of 5~10x identical items & also the savings in freight & logistics. Generally this price is accurate to within 1~3% however the physical size of item & location of stock may affect price due to freight costs. - Approval may be possible for Mid to Large Sizes Corporate Customers ONLY. 2. COR-3(Corporate Pricing Discount Level: 3 = 2nd Highest Discount Level); This discount bracket is often possible to offer this bracket on any item as part of a $1,000+ Parts Order - Approval may be possible for corporate and domestic customers 3. COR-2(Corporate Pricing Discount Level: 2); This discount bracket is often offered to small to Mid sized business customers and also many private customers. - Approval may be offered instantly in many cases without the need for formal approval 4. COR-1(Corporate Pricing Discount Level: 2); This discount bracket is often offered with similar requirements to COR-2 however dose not require Service Agreement acceptance or obligation. Approval may be offered instantly in many cases without the need for formal approval and application. 5. VIPP(Very Important PC Purchaser); This pricing bracket is offered to all BD4U customers that have purchased a PC/Laptop/Parts with a 6-Year Service Warranty in the last 6years. (Minimum qty may apply to some purchases and any items under $100) 6. RRP("Our" Recommended Retail Price); This pricing is often available for interest free payment terms TO APPLY FOR CORPERATE PRICING COR-1~COR-4: CLICK-HERE -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- COR-4 PRICING - AVAILABILITY INFORMATION: COR-4 Pricing is a VOLUME BASED DISCOUNT; Items Under $500 Min: 10x Pce. - Items Over $500 Min: 2x Pce. (VOLUME DISCOUNTS: Volume based pricing discounts are an approximation of the savings we can pass on to our customers for ordering multiple items from our warehouses. this may in some cases be lower than COR-4 & also may be possible on single item orders, for quotation &/or more information read this page in full &/or Call our sales team: 07 3896 4444) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SERVICE AGREEMENT CONTRACTS: COR-2, COR-3 & COR-4 Pricing Application & Approval Require the customer to accept one of the below two Service Agreement Contracts: COR-2 & COR-3 - Standard BD4U Service Agreement Contract: for us to offer the best pricing & service to our customers we need feedback on any market pricing fluctuations that may attract any of our customers. As such this agreement requires the customer to inform us of any deals they have seen on goods that we are quoting on. in turn we will adjust where possible our pricing (if it happens to be at or above the competitor) and return a lower price to all our customers. We also request that if a special offer is made by a competitor that we are offered the information to counter & better this offer. COR-4 - Exclusive BD4U Service Agreement Contract: This contract requires the same flow of information as the above contract, however this contract requires the customer to obtain no more than one competitors price and we MUST be given final option to price beat on all purchases over $500 - failure of our customer to meet the above requirements may result in us terminating the customer's COR-4 status and in some cases the customer may be charged for any unpaid consulting labour costs. (Consulting in way of product research and recommendation is offered FREE as a SALES SERVICE to customers that follow the above guidedlines) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- MORE ON PRICE BRACKETS: The reason we can & MUST offer these different discount rates is because we offer Australia’s largest range of products and we service the domestic and corporate markets. There are differing costs to provide a product depending on the market it is destined to; Eg: Selling a box of 10x CPUs sold to a company with an IT manager that is experienced in building PCs & testing components compared to selling 1x CPU to a teenaged home gamer building an over clocking PC will obviously cost us different amounts of: Time, Freight, Warranty-Service & other costs. This is just one example of the need for different price brackets for different parts & customers. We will always alter our pricing brackets on an individual basis to ensure we offer all customers the lowest price that would be availible to them from any retailer in Australia. For example; a customer is purchasing a CPU, Mainboard, RAM & a Case for a system up-grade, we will offer a corporate discount rate because the total of the goods being purchased will reach the minimum corporate discount spend of $500. If there is another retailer that stocks the same model of product at a lower price we will beat that price providing that it is not below our floor cost². -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ¹LOGISTICS & WARRANTY SERVICE COSTS: Is the cost of freight & handling/tracking of goods and a % of the warranty handling & servicing costs vectored to the approximated failure rate of the item. (Note: some retailers will sell goods below the appropriate floor cost & by policy charge in some cases illegal warranty servicing & testing costs to the customer to make up the difference. If we state goods as being below our floor cost this refers to the sales person’s approximation of the above costs, this is at the discretion of the sales person and may not bear directly the exact purchase price of the goods in question, we may also offer a lower price on next shipment of goods if our current stock was purchased for a higher than current wholesale price. The above cost may or may not apply to special, Corporate and large orders.)
