"Generic/Ztek" *2-Year RTB Warranty* Computer Range:
This warranty applies to all new desktop systems which at our customer's request contain parts which don't meet the high quality standards we set for our systems covered by our normal 6 year warranty. These systems are Quoted/Invoiced with a 2-Year warranty.
- 2-Years Manufacturer's Warranty on Parts
- 2-Years Manufacturer's Hardware Repair Labour Warranty
- Limited phone support
This warranty applies to all new Laptop/Notebook systems sold by BD4U which are Quoted/Invoiced with: *6-Year Service Warranty.
(*As part of BD4U Mobile Solution Pack - Service & Pricing Only, Dose not affect or extend manufacturer's hardware warranty terms)
- Manufacturer's Warranty on Parts (1~3-Years)
- Manufacturer's Warranty on Labour (1~3-Years)
- 6-Years Discounted Parts Pricing (VIPP Pricing)
- 6-Years Phone Support
While all faulty parts may be returned to BD4U for repair/evaluation - in many cases repair time can be drastically reduced by organising repairs directly with the manufacturer. To see if an accelerated repair option exists for your part please contact our service department.
Components/Peripherals (Parts):
This warranty applies to all new Components/Peripherals sold by BD4U.
- Manufacturer's warranty on parts (1-5 years)
While all faulty parts may be returned to BD4U for repair/evaluation - in many cases repair time can be drastically reduced by organising repairs directly with the manufacturer. To see if an accelerated repair option exists for your part please contact our service department.
NOTE: We primarily only deal in NEW Items, we do offer trade-in options to some customers and as such from time to time have second hand items for sale, this will always be stated clearly on your quote if you request a price on a second hand item.
We can also source ex-government systems at the customer's request.
30~90Day Warranty will apply to all used Components/Peripherals/Computers/Laptops sold by BD4U. For more details call our sales team or refer to your
invoice.
